When setting up Microsoft Account (MSN) get error (0x194) on Windows 8

When attempting to set up my @MSN.com (Microsoft Account) email address through the Windows 8 PC settings, I'm greeted with the error "0x194."

Any workarounds? Anyone else facing the issue? I'm going to try to reach out to @MicrosoftHelps, tomorrow. Perhaps, they'll provide some assistance.

Also, note that when I am not able to activate this, I am unable to connect to any metro apps, such as SkyDrive, Xbox LIVE, or the Windows Store.
