THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE CONDUIT...
You will need to Reset Internet Explorer in Windows 8 to remove an add-on browser that doesn't allow you to access the delete option.
Go to :
1. Internet Options
2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
3. Under "Reset Internet Explorer Settings", click "Reset..."
4. You will need to make you that you do not have other IE windows open
5. I would recommend selecting the option to "Delete Personal Settings" just
so that way you know that IE is really restored
6. Hit Reset... You will need to restart your computer for the restore to completely take effect
