Uninstalled apps store. How do I get to reinstall it again without reinstalling Windows 8. I don't want to loose my Office, Publisher and other programs or have ot reinstall them.

You might have unpinned the Store app from the start screen. Use the Search charm to search for Store. Right click and choose Pin to Start.
If the issue persists, you may run the system file checker scan and check if you can find the Store app.
SFC (System File Checker) is a tool which scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of the system files by using the correct versions.

If the issue persists, you may perform system refresh and check.

Disclaimer: The apps that came with your PC or you installed from Windows Store will be reinstalled, but any apps you installed from other websites and DVDs will be removed. You'll find a list of the removed apps on your desktop after refreshing your PC.
