Windows 8 apc index mismatch

I have windows 8 & my machine keeps shutting down & restarting, it gives me this apc index mismatch, or ntfs.sys or some kind of data kernel eror msg. My comp just went out of waranty in February. It has been doing this since I had it after about 2 weeks. I have made numerous phone calls to Asus in the past year. Sometimes it doesnt do it at all in a day, but today it "encountered a problem & needed to restart" at least 9 times.

We do need the actual DMP file as theyvcontain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.2014-03-12, ∼3752🔥, 0💬
