Desktop icons moving in Windows 8
I have tried everything suggest in this forum but the icon just won't stay where I put them. I looked at the other forums also. Surely there must be a simple/easy way to have the icon stay where you want them on a touchscreen Win 8.1 computer. Are there any new suggestions or fixes?
