Ads won't load so can't go on to game
When I try to play the daily challenges in both Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong, the game choices appear, Klondike, Pyramid, etc, but the ad will not load, only leaving me with a black screen. Of course the box that asks if I want to upgrade does appear.
This has been going on for a few weeks. I first I could often get in by re-booting. Then I tried re-installing and that worked a few times. Now I cannot get in at all. I tried a clean boot, again nothing. Windows 8.1 is up to date.
It the problem lies with loading the ads, if I upgraded to Premium, would I be able to play my games once more, or would I still not be able to advance to opening the game?
If I upgraded and still couldn't play, would they refund my money?!

Okay, what kind of anti-virus do you use, that might be the case, since it may detect it as adware so it wont load the game.
Also, depending how much Premium costs sometimes, i wouldnt recommend it, because it could still not load the game, its best to find the source of whats causing the issue first.
it can be detected as adware and wont open the whole program since it takes it as a type of virus. Sometimes certain anti-virus softwares detect it later then when the program is opened or installed. I suggest doing a scan on your computer to make sure that viruses may not be the case, then I can probably help you with the problem a lot better and crack down on whats causing this.
