Disappearing Pointer on Windows 8 ASUS Touch Screen Laptop

Facing the same problem of pointer disappearing. I have tried couple of the option suggested and It is still not working. Even if I restart my Laptop it's still the same. I've been using Windows 8 on the ASUS Touch screen Laptop since December and I have only been experiencing problems from Microsoft.

Press fn + f9 it disables and enables the trackpad.

Method 2:

would suggest you to update the Touchpad driver. Follow the steps below to update the driver:

a. Press Windows and x key together and select Device Manager.

b. Locate the touchpad driver.

c. Right click on the Touchpad driver icon and click on “Update Driver software”.

d. Click on “Search automatically for Updated driver software” option.
