Process rundll32.exe is a system tool that are used to run DLL files as regular applications. A number of system DLL files are executed through rundll32.exe. So you should see 5 or 6 rundll32.exe processes in the processes list.
Do not disable or remove rundll32.exe, unless you want to remove the DLL file that is running under this rundll32.exe.
