"System Idle Process" process
is a dummy process of Windows 7 operating system.
It represents idle time of CPU resources.
On the Processes tab of "Task Manager", "System Idle Process" may be listed as:

"System Idle Process" process is not a virus. You should not terminate "System Idle Process" process.
