Windows service "btwdins.exe: Bluetooth Service" is part of the Broadcom's Bluetooth Support Server program. btwdins.exe is not part of your Windows system. It is installed by your computer manufacture for "Handles installation and removal of Bluetooth devices".
Execution command: C:\Program Files\WIDCOMM\Bluetooth Software\bin\btwdins.exe
If you are not using any Bluetooth devices, you should disable btwdins.exe to speedup your computer.
