Elly, Don't select the source file (don't follow the picture). Select apache_2.2.3- win32-x86-no_ssl.msi on the download page.

I have NO idea where "C:\temp\apache_2.2.3-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi" comes from. When I do it, it saves entirely different and it's not a .msi file, it's a folder that once extracted, just contains a WHOLE BUNCH of other random files, which I have no idea what the heck to do with.
