Can I disable Windows service "Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\cvpnd.exe
If you are not using Cisco VPN client, you can disable "Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service", only freeing up at least 15MB of memory.
