Can I disable Windows service "Apache Tomcat" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\Program Files\tomcat\bin\tomcat.exe //RS//Tomcat5
If you are not using Tomcat server, you can disable "Apache Tomcat", freeing up at least 40MB of memory.
