Windows service "ATI HotKey Poller" - Installed as part of the ATI video card driver. Allows you use hot keys to control multiple monitors.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Ati2evxx.exe

You can disable "ATI HotKey Poller", if you don't need to those hot keys. This frees up at least 1MB of memory.
