A
Windows service "Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" - Provides network address translation, addressing, name resolution and/or intrusion prevention services for a home or small office network.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

If you are using your computer on an office network, where the entire network is protected by firewall, you can disable "Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.

If you are using your computer at home with a 3rd-party firewall installed, you can disable this service.
