Can I disable Windows service "IPSEC Services" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsass.exe
If you are not using special ISAKMP/Oakley (IKE) service, you can disable "IPSEC Services", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
