A few changes to the User Interface (UI) in the People app
I noticed some changes to the People apps User Interface. What gives?

The changes to the People apps User Interface (UI) were put in to speed things up and make them more consistent. Some of the changes are:
· We now have similar views when you select multiple contacts or a single contact. You’ll see “Send message†or “Send email†on the main page rather than on the Command bar when you select multiple contacts.
Before when you selected multiple contacts or a single contact, you were presented with very different views depending on which one you selected.
· The list filter and groups dropdown is no longer there.
The Groups dropdown added extra steps that really didn’t need to be there. You can view your Groups at a glance now because they’re displayed in the regular contact list.
· The Available filter in the Messaging pane dropdown list is no longer there.
The Available filter in the list mentioned above was a little cumbersome. To simplify things, the Messaging pane will show all available contacts when you click on "Start new conversation".
