Is this a legitimate game supported by Microsoft? It has the tell-tale Xbox Live banner on top, but doesn't sign into Xbox Live or publish achievements onto gamer profiles. If this is a mistake I would like it to change, whether removing the Xbox Live banner, or making the game supported by Xbox Live.
