my camera and files are not working
since about a month ago my windows 8 computers camera and files have not been working. Every time I take a photo it says "Something went wrong while taking this photo " and I have no idea why . and if I go to my files I can not see any of my photos it says they are there but they all come up as a grey screen and in the corner in little red letters it says error. I also can not delete any photos or videos. I have no Idea how to fix this and I need my files to work. does any one have any idea how to fix these problems?

Usually this issue is caused because of Libraries folder corruption or because of incorrect app settings. I would like to know some information about this issue so that we could assist you further.
1. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
2. Is the issue confined to Camera app or with all the apps?
I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.
Method 1:
Download and run the app troubleshooter and check if it helps. The Apps Troubleshooter is an automated tool which we have developed to address a number of known issues that can prevent the Apps from running properly. This troubleshooter automatically fixes some issues, including suboptimal screen resolution, incorrect security or account settings etc.

Method 2:
Try the steps provided in the following Microsoft Help article and check.
Troubleshoot problems with an app:

Method 3:
Try resetting Windows Libraries folder to default and check if the issue persists.
Follow the steps to reset Libraries to default:
a. In the navigation pane of File Explorer, right-click Libraries.
b. Click Restore default libraries.
