Ive been browsing the web for a solution and still yet to find one, so i thought i'd post it here.
I am unable to get the network estimated usage. I have it turned on and its staying at 0.00 Meg no matter how many pages or youtube videos I visit.
Is there an advanced setting that I need to apply?

For a better understanding of the issue, I would need more information from your end.
1. Are you using wired or wireless network connection?
2. Are you using any third party anti-virus software?
This issue could have occurred due to these reasons.
Incorrect Network settings.
Due to conflict with third party antivirus software.
Try the steps listed here and check if it helps.

Method 1:
I would suggest you to run network troubleshooter and check if it helps.

a. Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard; this will bring the search interface.
b. Click ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search result.
c. Under ‘Troubleshoot computer problem’ click on ‘Network and Internet’.
d. Click on ‘Network Adapter’ to start the troubleshooter.

Method 2:
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to disable any third party Antivirus software/ Firewall and check if it helps.
Note:
1) Please make sure to re-enable Antivirus software after performing troubleshooting steps.
2) Antivirus software/ Firewall can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable or uninstall your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable or uninstall it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled or uninstalled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
