Just started having issues with my audio and video today. I have a Samsung laptop w/Windows 8. I've had this computer for a year now and have never experienced these problems prior. I was able to listen to Pandora earlier in the day, now it won't cue up and there's no sound. I tried YouTube, I get a screen but a few seconds into the video it stops and there's no sound. The only thing that I can think of is that I updated the QuickTime player, but I think I've done that before and didn't experience any of this.

Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
Does the issue occur only for online audio and videos?
Which web browser are you using on the computer?
Are you facing any issues with the videos saved locally on the computer?
