This issue might occur if the drivers are not installed properly. Follow these methods to troubleshoot the issue:
Method 1:
I would suggest you to follow these steps and run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:
a. Press Windows key + W to search Settings.
b. Type “Troubleshoot†without quotes and click on Troubleshooting.
c. In the new window, click Hardware and Sound.
d. In the list of options, click on Hardware and Devices.
e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2:
Try to install the drivers by downloading from the manufacturer’s website and check if it works:
a. Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the Start icon.
b. Select Device manager.
c. Right-click on the mouse and click on Update driver software.
You may also follow the same steps to update the driver for the keyboard.
