Touch Keyboard not popping up when touched: logon or metro apps, win 8
With new LIfebook T732 win 8 (up to date) I find that I cannot get the touch keyboard to pop-up at initial log-on. It will not come up after logging out and logging back in either. Then I just tried charm search and the keyboard popped up once but never again. Even after reboot. Does not pop up in metro internet explorer either.
Went into Services>touch keyboard> and initialized logon option and verified that it was set to work with desktop (originally unchecked).
