How to recover a forgotten wifi network on windows 8.0
looking for a simple answer!?!? How on windows 8.0 do I reconnect to a forgotten network. See I thought I was disconnecting from the network when I clicked forget this network instead. That plain and simple. All my other devices detect the network so it is there and they are connected to it. But my 8.0 windows computer does not list it in the wifi category .

As per the problem description, I understand that you accidently clicked on “Forget this network†to a Wi-Fi network on your Windows 8 computer and now want to recover that forgotten network.
You may try showing all the wireless profiles on the computer through Command Prompt, select the profile and connect to it when all the profiles are visible.
Refer the section “Show all wireless profiles on the PC†under Task-Instructions segment in the Microsoft article below.
