How to resolve Automatic Repair loop in Windows 8?

Q

I'm using Lenovo laptop which comes with standard Windows 8. Since last week I was unable to start up the laptop, everytime I turn on the laptop, it keeps saying Automatic Repair. I then google the message and had tried gone into Advanced option, refresh computer and it say Refresh cannot fix the problem. I also tried turning on machine in safe mode but it still goes back to the original Automatic Repair screen. I don't know what to do next, and I don't have any recovery media nor even the windows disc. Can anyone please give me some advises?

Automatic Repair loop issues might occur due to missing or corrupt boot files required for Windows to boot.

As you are able to navigate to Advance options, let’s try repairing Windows boot files using “bootrec” commands through Command Prompt.

Follow the methods listed below:

Method 1:
Follow the steps to run the Bootrec commands:
Select Troubleshoot from Choose an option screen.
Click Advanced options in Troubleshoot screen.
Click on Command Prompt.
Type the following command:

Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
Bootrec /rebuildbcd

Restart the computer and check if it fixes the issue. If not, proceed to the next method.

Method 2:

Follow the steps to perform a System Restore to restore the computer to a point prior to this issue:
Select Troubleshoot from Choose an option screen.
Click Advanced options in Troubleshoot screen.
Select System Restore.
