I had to refresh my computer and was trying to re-install drivers got the nvidia to go through but now i cant access the store to finish updating the rest of them. Started going through the rest of the apps as well to make sure that they were operable as well, they weren't. Couldn't Sync they outlook nor could i access the skype nor the rest due to a network error. So i tried troubleshooting the network the memory and etc. But to no avail i even tried a couple of the links on this website to trouble shoot and possibly fix the error but to no avail what are my options.

Method 1: Download and run the app troubleshooter and check.

Method 2: Clean Boot
Perform clean boot to identify if any third party service is causing this issue:
