How can I delete all my junk and/or deleted things all at once

When I am deleting my junk and/or deleted things from my email, I can not delete all at once...have to do it individually. how can I do it all at once instead of each one

Here is what you need to do.
a. Open the folder in which you want to delete Emails.
b. Select any of the Emails.
c. Press Ctrl key + A on the keyboard (This will select all the Emails in the folder).
d. Press the delete key which will delete the selected Emails.
