Would like to have more information about this issue. would like to have more information about this issue.
1) When exactly are you getting this error message? Is it when you are searching for any Apps in the Windows Store?
2) Are you able to open the Windows Store App without any issues?
3) Have you made any recent changes on the computer prior to this issue?
This seems to happen because the Windows Store Cache is full. So, let’s try clearing the store cache and check if that helps.
Method 1: Clear the Store cache
You may try clearing the cache for the Store and check if it helps:
a) Press the “Windows Logo†+ “R†on the keyboard.
b) Type “WSReset.exe†and press “Enterâ€.
c) Reboot the computer and try updating the Apps.
Now, check if the issue still persists. If you are having the issue while searching for any apps from the store and if the above steps do not fix the issue, then let’s also try running the “Search and Indexing Troubleshooter†and check if that helps.
Method 2: Run Search and Indexing Troubleshooter a) Press “Windows Logo†+ “W†keys from the keyboard.
b) Type “Troubleshooting†in the search bar and press “Enterâ€.
c) In the “Troubleshooting†window, click on “View All†on the left pane.
d) Click on “Search and Indexingâ€.
e) Click on “Advanced†and then click on “Run as Administratorâ€.
f) Click “Next†and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
