How set up "live tv" in Windows Media Center on Windows 7?

If you have TV tuner installed on your computer,
you can set up Live TV in Windows Media Center on your Windows 7 system.
1. Click Start in Windows 7, then All Programs and Windows Media Center.
2. Select TV from the main menu, then "live tv setup".
If you don't have a TV tuner installed, you will get an error message:
The error message says: Tuner Not Found - The TV signal cannot be configured because a TV tuner was not detected. If you have a tuner, ensure it is installed correctly. To find out how to watch TV on your PC, visit http://www.windows.com/pctv.
If you have TV tuner installed correctly, continue to finish the set up process.
