CFS3 not installing with Win10 because COMMON.DLL file is missing

Was working previously when had Win7 installed. Now unable to install/uninstall Combat Flight Sim 3 from CD because of error COMMON.DLL missing. Not sure what to do.

Ideally, it should run in Windows 10 without any problems, however, if you are facing issue running the game, I would suggest you to try installing the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if the issue persists.

1. Right-click on the setup file of the game and select "Properties".
