Can I disable Windows service "Routing and Remote Access" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
It is unlikely that you want to run your computer as network router. So you should disable "Routing and Remote Access", freeing up at least 5MB of memory.
