Windows service "Shell Hardware Detection" - Provides notifications for AutoPlay hardware events.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

If you don't need auto-play function on your CD drive, you can disable "Shell Hardware Detection", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
