Can I disable Windows service "SQLServerAgent" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\MSSQL7\binn\sqlagent.exe
If you are not using Microsoft SQL server, you can disable "SQLServerAgent", freeing up at least 1MB of memory. Or you can uninstall MS SQL Server from your computer.
