A
Windows service "Remote Desktop Help Session Manager" - Manages and controls Remote Assistance. If this service is stopped, Remote Assistance will be unavailable. Before stopping this service, see the Dependencies tab of the Properties dialog box.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\sessmgr.exe

It is very unlikely that you need this on-line remote assistance, so disable "Remote Desktop Help Session Manager", freeing up at least 2MB of memory. If you need assistance, just call the help desk.

Follow our Disabling Windows Service tutorial, if you want to disable this service.
