Microsoft application service "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper" - Enables support for NetBIOS over TCP/IP (NetBT) service and NetBIOS name resolution.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalService

NetBios is not an essential service. So you should disable "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
