svchost.exe - Service - Themes
Can I disable Windows service "Themes" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
"Themes" service allows you to change Windows desktop appearance. If don't care much about desktop appearance, you can disable "Themes", freeing up at least 4MB of memory.
