To help you suggest steps to resolve the issue, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
1. Are you able to connect to internet?
2. Are you able to connect to internet using a Ethernet cable?
3. Were there any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
Let’s follow these methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: To turn on wireless communication.
a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
b. Tap or click Wireless, and then make sure Airplane mode is set to Off and your wireless device is set to On.
Method 2: Delete all wireless connection profile and create a new one.
