Incorrect user email blocks computer use

New user of Windows 8 with a new PC. I mistyped my Windows Account user email when setting. I didn't realize it in time and shut the PC down. Now I can't access my Mircrosoft account to open the computer. I suspect the person with the email is getting all kinds of strange messages. I have a $1,000 desk decorator piece due to this. How can it be fixeds?

You shouldn't be able to put in the wrong email account, because it also asks for your email password and logs you in. If you had the wrong one, how did you login the first time?
