I have two partitions on the hard drive. Windows 7 on one, and W8 on the other. Can my second user log in to Windows 7

I have multiple partitions on the hard drive, one W7 and another W8. I have my wife set up as a second user on W8. Is there a way she can switch users and boot up from the W7 partition? The computer is a HP Pavilion p6210f, Athlon II 620 Quad-core processor.

You will need to create a user account on Windows 7 for your Wife to use when booting to that OS. You cannot share accounts on a dual boot system.
