Windows service "NICCONFIGSVC" - Configuring your Internal Network Card power management settings

Execution command: C:\Progeam Files\Dell\NICCONFIGSVC\NICCONFIGSVC.exe

This service seems to be needed for the network card. So you should leave it running in "Automatic" mode.
