dvd/cd rom driver
I get the following error message when trying to use the dvd/cd rom:
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
I have uninstalled and ran the search driver but still get the same message, how do I fix this?
I have a Lite-On dvd drive (LH-20A1L).

This issue might have caused due to one of the following situations:
Upgraded the Windows operating system.
Installed or uninstalled CD or DVD recording programs.
Uninstalled Microsoft Digital Image.
