live in spain but my default language is english and default location spain but in sports App i have all the US sports news how can i change it to Spain.

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.

Method 1:
Make sure that ‘Allow apps to use my location’ is selected. Follow the steps provided below to enable it.

a. Press the ‘Windows + C’ to activate the charms menu and click on ‘search’.
b. Click on ‘settings ‘and type ‘location’ and select ‘Allow apps to use my location’.
c. Turn on ‘Allow apps to use my location’.

Method 2:
Try changing the regional settings and check if that helps.
a. Press the ‘Windows + C’ to activate the charms menu and click on ‘search’.
b. Click on ‘settings’ and type ‘location’ and select ‘change location’.
c. Change the ‘Home location’.

Method 3:
Change the time zone according to your location once more and check.

Follow the steps to change the time zone:
a. Press Windows + W keys to open Search option.
b. Type Time and then click Settings.
c. Open Change the Time Zone.
d. Select the time zone according to your location.
e. Restart the computer and check.
