Having trouble with removing iTunes

I have an HP desktop computer I just upgraded from Windows 7. I am on Windows 8. HP sent me instructions on what to do before updating to Windows 8.1. HP told me to download and run Windows 8.1 Upgrade Assistant. However, Windows 8.1 Upgrade Assistant found 1 program (iTunes) that needs to be reviewed. It tells me this:

Apple Inc.
Remove authorized PCs

I uninstalled it but when I uninstalled iTunes, The same thing happened. How do I remove this?
