BSOD: System threat exception not handled

I have a 64 bit windows 8 pc. For the past few weeks i am getting a BSOD with the message SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED tcpip.sys. I have googled it and tried to fix it myself, but the bluescreen still reoccurs. I have updated my WLAN drivers but still have the same problem. Please help me tackle this isssue at the earliest..anyones got a solution?

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

These were Related to the aswStm.sys avast! Antivirus Stream Filter from AVAST Software. I would remove it and use the built in defender
