Large Text Everywhere

My desktop icons are large, when i right click on the desktop for the menu, the fonts are also large. When I open excel to do my work, the tool bar fonts are also large. I have tried ctrl + scroll down. Doesn't work. I have tried setting me resolution, doesn't work either. I have checked the font size on my com. It is already to the smallest. Any idea what happened? My screen resolution is already 1366x768 The word size just became so big when i turned on my computer one day.

Right-click desktop wallpaper, choose Resolution

Make sure resolution is the HIGHEST setting (this will make your fonts look smaller)

At the bottom, click "make text or other items larger or smaller"

Click 100% scale and apply it.
