What files are stored in C:\Users\<userid>\Favorites folder? Can I delete them?

Files stored in C:\Users\<userid>\Favorites folder are
bookmark items (favorite web sites) recorded by Internet Explorer (IE).
Yes, you can delete everything in C:\Users\<userid>\Recent folder. But you will no longer access your favorite web sites in IE.
