Different DNS Suffixes on Two Adapters

We have one Windows 2003 VM with two network adapters. One network adapter is assigned with IP address 10.10.10.3 without gateway. Other Network is adapter is assigned with 192.168.5.4 with gateway and dns addresses. Now the issue is I need to configure with different DNS suffixes on both the adapter. But whatever I am configuring on one adapter are reflecting on other adapter also. If am trying to remove on other adapter, the primary adapter also loosing.
