Windows 8 on MacBook pro will not recognize my USB Flash drive

I have installed win 8 on my MacBook pro and works f ine but it will not recognise my USB flash drive i also have windows 7 installed and my flash drive works, any ideas, jack.

Parallels 7 just got an update yesterday that fixes USB passthrough to the guest, as well as some Windows 8 stuff. So if you have Parallels 7, update it and try installing Windows 8 again.
