Administrator privileges
I am an administrator with my account in windows 8. I have tried to download 8.1 and it says to use an account with administrator privileges. I am using an account with admin privileges. How do I get windows 8.1 to download?
Also I have a dell wm713 Bluetooth mouse. The blue tooth on my laptop just shuts off all the time so my mouse just stops working. Can anybody help me with this? I take more time getting the mouse to work than getting work done.

For the bluetooth, perhaps the best actions you can take would be this. You can get to the Control Panel by right-clicking the Start button.
Check the Action Center (in Control Panel) for any alerts. If Windows has detected the issue, this Action Center will provide a resolution if one is known.
Check for Windows Updates (from Control Panel). If a newer bluetooth driver is available, it may be offered on Windows Update.
Check for manufacturer updates. From your computer's builder's website (like dell.com for example), find your computer model and download the newest bluetooth drivers available.
As for updating. Are you using the actual administrator account? If so, you need to create a new account that doesn't have that name. The built-in administrator account can never be used to install updates, it is reserved only for emergencies when you need to recover or repair your system.
