Windows Store is not able to download apps.

Everytime i open windows store, and try to download an app, a msg appears" Call us overprotective...". It so happens that i have changed my phone number and can't text or call it anymore. I even forgot to change it in my outlook account. Now i have changed but in the message my old phone number appears! How do i proceed this message?

As I understand, you have changed the phone number but not updated the new phone number so it is sending code to old phone.

Try to reset the password and when they give you the option of selecting old phone number select, I don't have any of these options and follow the instructions on the screen.
